The Edexcel BTEC Level 4 HNC Diploma in Computing and Systems Development (QCF) is a qualification with a minimum of 120 credits of which 45 credits are mandatory core.

About the course
This course focuses on information systems, visual programming, systems analysis, database design, data structures, relational databases, networks and programming for the internet. Teamwork, communication and project management skills, which are very important in the workplace, are developed throughout the course.
Students completing the HND Computing have the widest range of career opportunities. The main themes explored and developed across all three years of the course are: systems analysis, database design, programming, website development, communications skills, group work and project work.
The Edexcel BTEC Level 4 HNC Diploma programme must contain a minimum of 65 credits at level 4.
